Can you talk about the new X5 offerings to come later this year?

One of the many qualities of X5 Solutions acquisition was the high level talent in the organization. Nate Bledsoe was named the company's Chief Technology Officer at the close of the deal. Nate is responsible for establishing the company's technical vision and developing our product roadmap and strategy. Over the next couple of quarters, we will be defining new offerings which capitalize on emerging technologies, address business needs and represent the highest level of business value.

Our focus moving forward will to provide market relevant products and solutions, leveraging our legacy in providing high touch, high integrity service support and market competitive commission rates.

How will you stand out from competitors?

Our model allows us to have a unique relationship with competitors as in many cases we are also a customer and provider to the firms with which we compete. Relative to the size of the larger carriers, we will remain a boutique provider focusing high value and high touch services. We expect to deliver highly technical solutions to the mid-market enterprise marketplace; much like the large carriers provide similar services to the Fortune 500.

Where do you see the hosted voice solution market today?

The hosted voice market is maturing and is now creating acceleration in customer adoption rates.  Hosted providers are driving greater levels of value to the market and addressing business needs. The implementations of the hosted voice offerings are also maturing as business can transition with little disruption to operations. The hosted voice market has higher adoption rates in the SMB space --  however, with continued maturity, this adoption will gain momentum in mid-market and ultimately Fortune 500.
