According to a survey by mobile security company Lookout, 44 percent of smartphone owners feel that apps are mishandling or misusing their private information. Meanwhile, 76 percent of smartphone users say they have connected to public and open Wi-Fi, and 61 percent say they visit unfamiliar websites. Nearly 60 percent of smartphone owners are least concerned with protecting their work data on phones, placing personal data over other data forms.
