Unity EdgeConnect, a software-defined WAN (SD-WAN) offfering, helps businesses reduce the cost and complexity of building a wide-area network by leveraging broadband to connect users to applications. It is available as both a hardware and virtual appliance. Its three components include: Unity EdgeConnect, which is deployed in branch offices to create a secure, virtual network overlay; Unity Orchestrator, which provides visibility into both legacy and cloud applications; and Unity Boost, an option that accelerates application performance as needed.
