Don't Forget Insider Threats

While major breaches make enterprises want to boost perimeter defense, the reasons behind almost all of the headline-grabbing breaches in the past two years have been outsiders impersonating insiders using legitimate account data. In order to combat this, the report said enterprises should look to leverage risk analysis and permissions to better "lock down the inside."
