Since hiring a recruiting firm is expensive, Russell is launching a six-month program to train partners in the 12-step hiring process.

The program will teach solution providers techniques employed by recruiters in such areas as finding prospective candidates so partners can try them out on their own. Some of the most vital digital territory for locating potential hires includes LinkedIn, competitor websites and industry forums, according to Russell. 

“Get the word out, and reach out to people,” he said.
