A recent survey projected a rise in IT staff augmentation in 2017. Do you see that as well? And what's driving it?

I do. I just think there's a shortage in various areas across the IT organization. There are a lot of DevOps development openings that we're seeing coming across our recruitment desk in all of our geographies. We're seeing a lot of high-level, hard-to-find security folks, even all the way down to Level 1 help desk. We probably today have over 150 jobs on our open board that we're trying to fill for our customer base.

It's tough to find good candidates.
