An Interface Just The Way Users Like It
Xerox device interfaces are customizable to provide only the apps used most, including specific one-touch workflows to or from cloud or network locations.
The company said solution providers can jump-start recurring revenue by developing and selling custom applications through the Xerox App Gallery.
Apps created by channel partners can streamline tasks such as patient records filing, real estate contract management and retail invoicing into fewer, faster steps, according to Xerox.
Xerox said its engineers have also designed ways for individuals to use multifunction printers to streamline daily office processes such as scanning a document to email, saving the file, and uploading it to a cloud storage service such as Dropbox by handling those tasks in fewer steps.
