There's an increasing need for cybersecurity personnel in both government and industry, so solution providers should look to hire security experts in big data, data science as well as professionals in cloud networks and services, mobility and network infrastructure. These positions are difficult to fill because the market is constantly evolving.

It's clear the industry not only needs infusions of existing security experts and data scientists, but also needs to identify, grow and reward technical cybersecurity personnel.
