MSPs may want to consider simply adding network performance monitoring as a line item to their customers' suite of services. A VAR, for example, may have deep insight as to how certain cloud service providers are looking to measure user experience around the world, and can leverage (vendors) to give them better analytics as to how Internet network performance is affecting their application.
