The deal helps Perficient – No. 57 on CRN's Solution Provider 500 – push toward its goal of expanding its cloud and custom app development capabilities, the company announced. Clarity, a $27 million software development specialist, will become part of Perficient's dedicated Microsoft business group, a move that will nearly double the unit’s current size to 330 employees.
