Collaboration Is King
The ability to collaborate effectively was rated the most important factor affecting creativity, at 38 percent. About one-third of respondents also said collaboration also has the greatest impact on their loyalty to their employer.
Meanwhile, the report says 42 percent of companies are now using digital collaboration tools that work on mobile devices.
If solution providers want to increase creativity and loyalty, organizations should implement more mobile digital collaboration tools, the report asserts.
"The rise in mobile collaboration tools presents new ways for businesses to keep teams together and working effectively, even if they are physically apart," said Chris Kozup, vice president of marketing at Aruba, in a statement. "It's clear that companies who are able to do this are in a better place to attract and retain the best employees."
