Keep Learning

In any field, it’s important to keep learning and educating yourself. That’s especially true in the technology field, said Margaret-Ann Bolton (pictured), senior director of global partner marketing at Red Hat, based in Raleigh, N.C. Through learning and education, Bolton said women can constantly reinvent themselves for the next stage of their careers.

"Our industry … it has changed so much and if you stop learning or if you stop getting new experiences, then your growth will stop," Bolton said.
