According to Accenture, certain steps need to be in place for successful mobile application adoption — and solution providers that specialize in mobile app development can play a  big part in helping businesses outline and implement these steps.

Up to 43 percent of executives who were surveyed said reliability and consistent performance of mobile apps was critical to adoption, while 41 percent said a positive user experience was also important.

As for key measures to make the most of applications, 58 percent of respondents said they have implemented regular updates to functionality, while 56 percent have implemented intuitive user interfaces.
