Nearly one in five Deloitte survey respondents – 19.4 percent -- said their technology spending is "significantly higher" this year than it was in 2015. Last year, only 14.6 percent said that in relation to 2014 budgets; and in 2014, even fewer – 10.3 percent – said their IT budgets were up significantly over 2013.
"I see [the midmarket] segment as potentially where the biggest opportunity is for us," Tony Safoian, CEO at solution provider SADA Systems, told IT Best Of Breed. "We're in a position … to provide these people with the kind of technology that they’ve never had access to or never been able to afford."
