Cloud really falls right into the wheelhouse of the telecom agent partners, so it’s been easy. It's about education and enablement. PlanetOne has [a cloud training program,] Cloud 411, and we've recently added a full-time cloud practice manager. This person's role is not to go hunt new logos, it's exclusively to build that bridge between connectivity and the cloud to show partners … how they can get one win at a time and how the partners can start to replicate it for themselves.

Some of our partners have already begun successfully selling cloud services, but there is a much larger group out there that doesn’t know where the conversation begins after, "What’s your cloud strategy?" So, we are building new tools and resources, and putting real bodies in place to effectively hold their hands and walk across the bridge with them.
