2. More Companies Are Implementing Mobile Centers Of Excellence

According to the Red Hat survey, more companies are shifting toward mobile maturity through collaboration between their IT departments and lines of business in an effort to more closely align their mobile needs with those of the rest of the organization.

To do this, 37 percent of survey respondents said they have instituted collaborative mobile centers of excellence, a popular enterprise strategy for businesses that want to balance their needs of building mobile apps against the technology requirements of servicing those apps.

Furthermore, 55 percent of respondents whose organizations have implemented and fully reviewed a mobile app strategy have a mobile center of excellence.
