“That’s the big battle with these types of tools. It has to be easy to do and easy to use,” Gordon said. 

However, Gordon said there are many more user-friendly options that partners can offer their customers and avoid “kicking the tire down the road.” According to the EMA study, Gordon said 80 percent of IT staff said they were “confident” that end users would adopt a tool with better usability.
