No, there's going to continue to be pressure on the … resources [of suppliers that are able to] do this kind of work. It is not just technical work. Even that I think requires kind of retooling or re-education [of] people who used to manage on-premise infrastructure. … When you sort of cross the chasm into the platform stuff … there are going to be a certain amount of jobs that are destroyed, like the backup administrator's job. But there's going to be a shortage … I think [one study cited] 500,000 data scientists that we need that we can't get. They don't exist today. And frankly, that's an opportunity for us, from a systems integrator standpoint. But [hiring or preparing] for that is going to be very, very important.
