DLT expects to see the convergence of offerings from different vendors in the coming years, Strosser said. 

For customers that don't want to buy technology separately, Strosser said DLT's Innovation Center will focus on CODEvolved, which brings together RedHat's Open Shift enterprise running on the Amazon Web Services cloud to create a platform-as-a-service environment that customers can access quickly and easily.

DLT has also partnered with innovative vendors such as Red Hat and GitHub to offer federal customers an agile environment for application development, Strosser said. The Innovation Center will also emphasize cybersecurity solutions given the heightened threat of attacks.
