The solution provider's around-the-clock technical call center has been around since 2005, Strosser said, providing global support on vendor offerings ranging from Amazon, Google and NetApp to Quantum, Symantec and Veritas. The Service Center is staffed by public sector-focused technical support engineers based in the U.S.
