Still, Cloud Isn’t Right For All Customers
“We launched ShoreTel Connect a year ago, and that is a single solution that could be delivered as a cloud service, as on-premise, and also as hybrid. Partners are selling all [types]—and we have a program that rewards partners for the solution delivered [in] any way. That lets partners design something that is in the end user’s best interest, rather than [based on] who gets paid most … We think ShoreTel is ahead of the game by rewarding [partners] equally if they sell on-site or in the cloud.”
