Racioppi discussed a study by the U.S. Army of whether men or women make better decisions. The study found that women made better decisions, but that it took them too long to make them.

That's because the women studied needed to check in with others, as they were too afraid to make the wrong decision. Women need to realize the importance of being vulnerable and making mistakes, said Racioppi.

"The times I failed were an opportunity to learn and demonstrate that failure won't derail me," said Racioppi.
