Almost 90 percent of respondents said they have at least one application in the cloud, while 28 percent have most of their applications there. By 2017, the survey found, more than four out of five respondents say they'll be using public or private cloud, and over half will have most of their applications in the cloud.

With applications moving to the cloud, solution providers should begin building or expanding their cloud professional services offerings and gain the most up-to-date certifications.
