Partners want to see their vendors provide easier ways to toggle through various partner portals so solution providers can easily keep track of information.

James Watson, CEO of Seattle-based BlackPoint IT Services, said his company has 10 different portals from as many vendors that they need to check for information on deals, pricing, market development funds (MDF) and invoices.

“One of the biggest issues we have is the sheer number of different portals the various vendors are providing and the hoops we need to jump through to get things done,” said Watson. “The number one feature would be integration with some sort of aggregator portal either through Connectwise or Ingram/Synnex or Tech Data.”
