The growing solution provider ended 2016 by shelling out close to $3 million to buy Microsoft Gold partner Stratiform, of Calgary, Alberta, to help strengthen its offerings around cloud strategy, migration and management services. And in April, PCM announced it will launch a new United Kingdom and European practice, naming Donavan Hutchinson, formerly with CDW, to lead the operation.
