The telecom service provider is weeks away from being sold to private equity behemoth Apollo Global Management in a deal valued at about $5.1 billion. The deal, announced in May, also includes West's debt of more than $3 billion. The acquisition will also end West Corp.'s four years of being a public company. It was privately held from 2006 to 2013 under the stewardship of Thomas H. Lee Partners and Quadrangle Group.
