Increasing business productivity is the main IT consideration for both IT (81 percent) and business leaders (77 percent), according to the survey. That was followed by growing the business (71 percent and 69 percent, respectively). Solution providers that are keen to make the most of this trend will have to show that they can help businesses achieve and maintain these things rather than just sell the latest and greatest technology.
