Cost and complexity are limiting overall enterprise cloud adoption, but the capabilities and costs of a controlled private and hybrid cloud infrastructure are superior to those acquired “as a service.” More companies are going to rely on a mix of their infrastructures and cloud models to accommodate the ebb and flow of workloads and be able to seamlessly burst and scale between the platforms.
