Sklar has split Bluewolf’s marketing team into four groups focused on branding, operations, demand generation and field marketing. 

The branding division handles public relations, product marketing and customer programs, Sklar said; the operations division handles database marketing and project management; the demand generation team takes care of campaign plans, partner marketing and copy; and the field marketing team handles Bluewolf-hosted events, internal events and managing sponsored events.

Sklar likes to set a major goal for the marketing operations, which for 2016 is focused around acquiring net new customers. Additionally, Bluewolf is placing heavy emphasis on recruiter marketing so the solution provider can continue attracting top talent.
