Do small and mid-sized businesses really not have the time to educate themselves on this?
Absolutely. [For] the majority of small and mid-sized businesses, it's either the owner or the office manager or, as we get into some of the larger of the [mid-sized] businesses, they might have someone who spends half of their time running the local network, and then maybe the largest of what would be considered mid-sized might have a full-time … person on staff, and typically, that person's background is in the data side and not necessarily the voice side. So when we get into SIP trunking … the lack of staff and lack of knowledge on staff is certainly a hurdle and that's where our education process comes in.
