What does this say about the future of voice services in a business with disconnected offices?
The one place we find ourselves in today is that the hardware platforms [haven't really] kept up with the cloud services offered by Intermedia. [Because of] Intermedia, with their [SIP] services, we [can] actually take a company and we can … move one of their remote sites with little to no service [disruption, and we] can move their host site. So as long as we've got the cloud connection set up at the new facility, we're able to move these offices a lot more conveniently. … We can move at the customer's pace now.
