What are the potential opportunities for channel partners in reselling voice services and streamlining core IT solutions such as what you did at Rainier?
The value that I see that we have out in the marketplace today is kind of like the [market] I'm talking about here: small and medium-sized business have no or limited budgets to have technical expertise on staff. So companies like mine, where we specialize in that space [with] voice and data networking … are able to take our knowledge and able to translate that into layman terms so that we become their IT staff. We give them the recommendations – be it a hardware solution, a hosted solution, a software solution – so we become the de facto IT staff for the customer. And we're not a typical IT company in that we don't go on retainer … we're [focused on] helping customers.
