How has your company changed in order to drive the growth you have seen?
There is almost like a timeline that businesses go through...
First we were a reseller, then we moved into becoming a VAR because you start with internal processes that you would wrap around (the vendors') products to bring extra value to their stuff. And when you are a VAR, you are leading with the OEM and showing that you are bringing some value to the table.
Now (we’re) a technology integrator. We are out there, selling Red River's internal capabilities with our NOC, our customer portals, our processes and procedures.
