Cisco Adds Bots

Bots, also known as web robots, are beginning to simplify and smarted organizations across the globe through automation. Cisco unveiled a partnership with bot-building platforms API.ai and Gupshup to integrate their technologies with Cisco Spark, the company's flagship collaboration platform.

Cisco partners can now have their developers create advanced, omni-channel bots within the Spark ecosystem.
