Optimizing Cisco's DNA

Cisco is integrating new software into its DNA to optimize the communications experience inside the architecture. The software technology was gained through a strategic partnership with unified communications and management software provider Nectar Services.

Solution providers now have the ability to automate quality of service (QoS) capabilities and verify best practices that were previously manually implemented, thus adding another sales tool to their DNA tool belt.
