Employers Should Make Sure Workers Understand The Business
Leaders need to make sure that all employees understand their company's strategy, business model, what customers expect and what the brand represents. They should also make sure that individual employees know how they fit into the grand scheme.
The study recommended using an online survey to test employees' understanding of the business fundamentals and capture feedback with a method in place to ensure anonymity.
Businesses should then form an employee task force address the root causes of the problems found by the survey and develop a pilot program to introduce improvements.
