Millennials change jobs for the same reasons other generations do and are no more likely than older colleagues to leave a job to follow their passion.

In fact, Millennials, Gen Xers and Baby Boomers are all twice as likely to leave a job to make more money and work in a more innovative environment than for any other reason, including saving the world.

Even though 27 percent of Millennials have already worked for five or six different employers, 65 percent of them said they've held their current positions for three years or more.
