Companies Are Slow To Implement New Technology

Just 4 percent of survey respondents claim their organization has no issues implementing new technologies, with the vast majority saying that their leaders' lack of vision and technological savvy keeps their business from adopting the latest technology.

But the biggest obstacle by far to implementing new technology is actually the fear that it could harm the customer experience, which nearly three-quarters of workers surveyed said was an issue.

Employers of all ages appreciate how critical technology is to business success, according to the survey, and fear that a lack of implementing new technology will erode their employer's competitiveness.
