What's the biggest opportunity for partners today?

I would say cloud services and that transformation. The question on the table is 'how much longer are state CIOs going to be in the infrastructure business?' I think for the foreseeable future, but it's going to decline. You're going to see states make decisions that maybe they don't need to own the infrastructure in order to run state services. Maybe their role is to contract for that and then manage the contract well. We're seeing evidence of that with more and more states moving to that kind of opportunity. There'll be some concerns, and there'll be some missteps and challenges, but they'll regroup and that's to be expected, but they need to look at these models because of the cost. The cost savings are pretty dramatic. I think in storage and other areas, we're going to see that.
