Are states taking advantage of mobility today or does it have room to grow?

They have mobile apps, but in terms of being a true mobile digital experience for the state, we're not there yet. We still have a lot of things where it requires where you show up in person and stand in line, so the questions is how do we do that in the future? That brings up another big issue and major challenge that the states have right now is around digital identity management. That is a lagging opportunity in the states. States have struggled with creating digital identity framework that citizens can use…I think that is where states would like to move towards but it presents some challenges.
